“The check-in staff at the Hampton Inn Santa Cruz was incredibly friendly. I arrived before my room was ready and they made the effort to find a room that was ready. The manager also suggested a good place nearby to eat. I was in an upgraded room and the furniture was beautiful. The living area gave me plenty of room to work and everything was comfortable. Great hotel and staff!”

“I’ve just returned from a stay at your hotel in Santa Cruz this past weekend. I want to take the time to write my appreciation for the service and stay we enjoyed. The staff was so helpful and cheerful. We really felt like our comfort was important to everyone. All whom we met were great! The couples who run the hotel were available and participatory in making the guest comfortable. And the people at the desk, both on the evening shift and the early shift, were as friendly, thorough and sweet as could be! And finally, my mother, who is 84 years old, was with me and slow to get to the breakfast table. Both the hotel manager and the person taking care of the breakfast made sure that my mom had what she needed. They didn’t rush us in the least! Your hotel is now our Santa Cruz home-away-from-home and we will recommend it to everyone! Thank you! 5 *****’s for you!”
